Abdul is our most recent addition to the Foot and ankle clinic. He graduated from Auckland University of Technology in
2021, completing his Bachelors of health science in Podiatry. Growing up in Auckland, New Zealand, his interest for
podiatry started in his final years of high school where he had found it very interesting. He has always wanted to peruse a
career in the medical field as he believes, it is a way to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Growing up, Abdul has played several sports with cricket being his main interest. That is where he developed an interest
for musculoskeletal/BMX and enjoys other parts of podiatry. Whilst being born in New Zealand, Abdul’s is of Pakistani
decent. He has the ability to speak and understand Udru, Hindi and Punjabi, having a deep relationship with his cultural
background and values.

Abdul has always believed in treating all his clients to the best of his abilities, help improve their active lives and provide a
better understanding about their conditions/concerns. Outside of work, Abdul is a photographer (mainly in automotive) and
enjoys going to several car events/ shows. He also enjoys listening to Urdu poetry, exploring nature and producing
cinematic videography.
